What is a Drop Fee?
This is the fee for the driver to take the pallets off the truck using a forklift and place them at your location.
Where will my pallets be delivered?
Pallets are placed at the curb or on the driveway unless otherwise specified when your order is placed.
When will my pallets be delivered?
You will be given a delivery date. The pallets will be delivered between 7pm and 7am on the following morning. When specifying the date you need your grass, tell your sales person what day you want to lay the grass.
When do I pay my invoice?
All customers’ invoices must be paid in full prior to cutting your order.
How much do I need to water my new grass?
Water 20 minutes in the morning and again in the evening every day for 3-4 weeks, possibly more. Consult your landscaper for the water needs of your selected grass.
I would like to pick up my grass. Can I do this?
Our pickup location is located near Warner Robins, just off of I-75 at exit 142.
How many pallets can I pick up?
A full size pickup can carry a single pallet of grass. Picking up 2-3 pallets will require a dual axle trailer. We can load pallets onto trailers and into the back of a truck.
When can I pick up my grass?
We do pickups at our shop Tuesday through Friday 9am-5pm. You should call ahead to let us know when you will be arriving. Saturday pickups are 9am-11am only.
Does Southern Accent run specials?
Occasionally we have “extra” pallets available for pickup at our Warner Robins shop. When available, we post these on our Facebook page. Follow us there to be notified!
